Major gains in power, agility, coordination and balance are the outcomes with our 3-day workshops. We offer this workshop as a way to bring The Performance Lab to you. Our data driven solution to better performance has been shown to offer immediate, significant and lasting results.
How it works
We will work with you to set a workshop. The minimum required for a workshop is 5 people and the maximum is 8. Each participant signs up for an individual session – you do not need to be at the workshop the entire time, but can simply show up for your scheduled time. The sessions last 1 hour and are done 3 days in a row.
The benefits are lasting changes to your power output, agility, coordination and balance. These changes translate to better performance and achievement in your sport. Our data indicates that the power changes are immediate. We have measured this with Functional Threshold Power (FTP) testing, high jump testing, before and after videos and feedback from participants.

Each workshop session runs for 60 minutes. To begin, Dr. Noble will perform various tests to get a baseline of your body’s performance. These tests use balance and strength challenges as a diagnosis tool to discover where you are experiencing delay in the firing of the muscles. Correcting these delays results in noticeable changes to power output, agility, coordination and balance.
