Shoulder and Core Control in The Performance Lab

How fast could you expect to see changes in someone attempting the challenge in the video below? It requires strength and agility. Maybe you could train yourself into it. Days, weeks, months to get it as smooth her in 16 minutes. Yes, 16 minutes! Overcoming delay and poor (or less than optimum) muscle recruitment is difficult to overcome. But in our innovative work in The Performance Lab changes occur…..fast. So fast it raises the floor immediately in which the athlete trains from, making a marginal athlete good and a good athlete…potentially great.
