Sessions in the Performance Lab follow a series of nine challenges. Phase one begins at the feet with subsequent phases moving up through the knees, hips, core, and shoulders so that the body is systematically strengthened. You do not need to be a chiropractic patient to participate in the Performance Lab. We offer this as a stand-alone service. If you are new to the office and have never been a patient at Noble Chiropractic, your initial appointment will be 60 minutes in length. What is the Performance Lab?
A unique service designed to help you get the most out of daily life whether that be athletic performance, productivity at work, recovery from injury, overall confidence, or other measures.
How does it work?
Clients are presented a physical challenge to complete while Dr. Noble observes for imbalances and weaknesses. Dr. Noble then corrects any issues, and the client attempts the challenge again. Once a challenge is completed successfully, the client moves onto the next challenge. More than one challenge may be completed in a single session.
Is the Performance Lab covered by insurance?
No, it is not covered by health insurance. Clients pay at the time of service.
Does the treatment hold?
Yes! Once the correction is made there appears to a fast integration into the nervous system and this becomes the new function. We have plenty of data and patient feedback to say this is the case.
When will I notice changes in my body?
Clients see change immediately during the first appointment and report noticing more changes (better balance, improved focus, increased confidence, etc) thereafter.
Can I do just one session?
Yes! The Performance Lab is a stand-alone service that you may schedule as frequently as you would like. A single session is a great introduction with great results!
