The Insight Subluxation Station at Noble Chiropractic
The technology used in the Insight Subluxation Station was originally designed to measure changes in the spinal muscles of astronauts and was used on two space shuttle missions to monitor astronaut wellness. The Insight Subluxation Station is now a Certified Space Technology(tm) as awarded by the Space Foundation.
With this scanning technology we are able to objectively evaluate patterns of spinal and nerve function, and show improvements over time. Use of the Insight Subluxation Station with patients is painless, non-invasive, scientifically sound, and easy to understand.
Two Separate Measurements
The scans we do in our office using the Insight Subluxation Station reflect two separate and distinct measurements that help the chiropractor evaluate your neurospinal health:
Surface Electromyogram (sEMG)
The first, Surface Electromyogram (sEMG) tracks electrical signals sent by your muscles that support the spine to reveal patterns of nerve disturbance.
Before sEMG
- 57 y/o male started care due to neck pain
- Patient had a history of cancer, heart disease, depression
- Experiencing dizziness, memory trouble, anxiety, nervousness
After sEMG
- Neck pain eliminated
- No dizziness
- More clarity
- Decreased anxiety and nervousness
- Better outlook on life
Thermal Scan
The second test is a Thermal scan uses infrared heat sensors to identify the disturbance of nerve function as it relates to a patient’s organs, glands and blood vessels.
Before care: In the case of this patient the thermal scan results showed subluxation or nerve interference is occurring in the upper spine. Color indicated in the test results represent the interference. White is within normal limits, green is mild, blue is moderate and red is severe nerve interference.
After care: In the image below the thermal scan test results after care show that the subluxations were minimized to be within normal limits thus returning the patient to a higher level of health.
Before Thermal
- 45 y/o female with right knee pain while running
- Numbing in right index finger
- Desire to break 2 hour mark in half-marathon
After Thermal
- Pain in right knee eliminated
- Numbing in right index finger resolved
- Current half-marathon time 1:52
- Faster recover from training efforts
- Increase in energy
Using these technologies to identify areas of nerve interference allows us to establish a course of care. Subsequent scans monitor progress. Eliminating such interference enables the nervous system to operate efficiently leading to more optimal health, wellness and a happier life!
