Sports Chiropractic in Bellingham
Dr. Noble has been helping Bellingham athletes recover from injury, become stronger and perform better since 2006. Sports chiropractic has long been used by professional athletes to keep them in the game as they beat up their bodies in their sport, and to help them recover from the inevitable injuries that come with high level competition.
As for anyone injured or in pain, care for athletes is a two part process: First stabilize the injury, then strengthen the body to change the patterns causing injury preventing reoccurrence.
“RIGHT KNEE PAIN SINCE SEPTEMBER 2018 (9 MONTHS PRIOR TO PERFORMANCE LAB [Now called out Movement Lab] SESSIONS). UNABLE TO WALK DOWN ANY STAIRS OR SINGLE-LEG DEEP KNEE BEND WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT DISCOMFORT. AFTER PERFORMANCE LAB SESSIONS – KNEE PAIN IS GONE WITH NO RECURRENCE DESPITE CONSISTENT RACING AND HIGH MILEAGE.”

Injury Recovery and Stabilization
Injured athletes benefit from all of our techniques, but during this phase we typically employ low level laser, kinesio taping and gentle chiropractic adjustments when possible. Our goal is to get you out of pain and back to your sport as quickly as possible.
“I lost my footing while running and sprained my ankle. Dr. Noble started treatment. The swelling in my ankle went from the size of a baseball to the size of a golf ball in 48 hours after laser treatment, Kinesio taping, and anti-inflammatory supplements. The speedy recovery is amazing. In less than 2 weeks I was able to walk briskly on a treadmill and in less that 3 weeks I am able to jump and I am almost pain-free.”
“IMMEDIATELY I COULD FEEL BOTH MY POWER AND SKILL GO UP BY 2 NOTCHES.”
–Mitch T. Bellingham Blazer Hockey (2019)
The Movement Lab and Athletes
Dr. Noble’s Movement Lab is very helpful and effective for athletes, who benefit from increased power, agility and balance. Additionally, many recurring injuries are caused by imbalances in the body and/or a delay in muscle firing, which are corrected in the “Lab”. Participants have reported gains in speed, recovery time endurance and overall performance.
Dr. Noble documented many of his results in his blog, take a look to see videos showing instant results and data gathered along the way.
