Instant And Lasting Changes
The Performance Lab is a high-level treatment designed to increase your power, agility and balance – instantly. In each 30 or 60 minute session, Dr. Noble identifies and strengthens delays and muscle recruitment weaknesses that are preventing you from performing at your best. Using his proprietary, innovative technique, Dr. Noble eliminates the delay in your muscle firing pattern creating a higher level of muscle recruitment. More muscle recruitment equals more power, agility and balance – giving you more confidence and allowing you to dominate your competitors. You can choose to do just one session, or you can complete the series.
The series consists of 9 challenges. While everyone moves at their own pace, most people complete the series in 3-4 hours of Lab time. Challenges are arranged somewhat in order of increasing difficulty and also are arranged so that the body is systematically strengthened. Phase one starts with the feet, and then we move through the hips, shoulders and core. People see remarkable improvements in their balance, agility, and power. For more information on the series, see our blog post.
Who benefits from The Performance Lab?
Sessions in the Lab are helpful and accessible to almost everyone. While many participants are high-level athletes looking to move to the next level, others are non-athletes who simply want to improve their physical confidence and stability. Some may require a little help with standing on the board initially, but by the end of the session are balancing with confidence. The changes made are immediate and permanent!
Your initial appointment
If you are new to the Performance Lab and have never been a patient at Noble Chiropractic, your initial appointment will be 60 minutes in length. During this time Dr. Noble will discuss your goals, get a pertinent history, perform an assessment all followed by your first 30 minute Performance Lab session.
