Choose your path
The Performance Lab is a stand alone service. After the initial 60 minute intake session, you choose the length of the following session(s) (30 or 60 minutes) and the frequency, depending on your goals and your schedule. Because the changes from each session are permanent, you can continue to build on the previous session no matter the length of time between them. You can choose to:
A. Try one 30 or 60 minute session.
B. Schedule a three day workshop at our office or where you live. This consists of three 60 minute sessions clustered together and moves through the entire series.
C. Schedule weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly sessions to move at your own pace.
